Chairman of Interim Election Council, Khil Raj Regmi on Friday met with President Ram Baran Yadav and discussed the forthcoming election of the second Constituent Assembly on November 19.
According to presidential sources, Regmi, on the occasion, briefed the president about the ongoing efforts of the government and four major parties to ensure participation of the disgruntled groups in the election.
Talking with journalists later, Regmi said that the dialogue with the poll-opposing groups is heading towards a positive direction.
